Mission

• Trainer Development & Advocacy: To enhance the professional capacity, ensure the social security, and protect the rights and dignity of TVET trainers by representing them at both government and non-government levels.
• Skill Enhancement & Employment: To establish and manage modern training institutes, deliver market-driven training, and facilitate direct employment and internship opportunities (Job Placement) for skilled manpower at home and abroad.
• Entrepreneurship Development (SMEs): To transform trainees into self-reliant entrepreneurs rather than mere job seekers by providing technical advice, resources, and essential support to establish Small and Medium Enterprises.
• Inclusive Growth & Empowerment: To uplift underprivileged communities, unemployed youth, and particularly female trainers and trainees through targeted skill development, thereby boosting national productivity.
• Institutional Liaison & Quality Assurance: To maintain the highest quality standards in technical education by collaborating with the government, industries, and relevant statutory authorities like BTEB/NSDA through strategic partnerships and Memorandums of Understanding.
